I ordered this saree based on the pinkish color shown in the product photos, but what I received is clearly maroon. The color difference is not minor—it’s not even in the same shade range. I contacted customer care, shared photos, and yet they repeated the same scripted excuse about a 10-15% color variation due to screen and camera settings.
Let me be clear: this is not a small variation, it’s a completely different color. Dismissing this as acceptable and refusing a return or exchange is completely unfair and misleading. It feels like the platform is hiding behind technicalities instead of owning up to the issue.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I will never purchase anything from this site again, and I will definitely share my experience with my followers and friends so they don’t fall for the same.
This is not just about one saree—it’s about trust and transparency, and this site has lost both in my eyes.
